Welcome to Stitching Blues, a store of machine embroidery designs!

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the digital nature of these items, there is no refund policy. Also, I cannot support issues connected with embroidery problems (fabric, tension, thread, needle, machine, software, and stabilizer). But in any case, I will work with you to the best of our abilities to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

FORMATS:
There are DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VP3, VIP and XXX. If there is not your format in the list, please contact me before purchasing the design.
ART format is a licensed Bernina format and is not offered, however, EXP can be used in place of ART. Please note that we cannot support the integrity of the designs if you are converting or altering them with any software.

SHIPPING:
No shipping. All items are digital products only. You will receive your download links on your email within a short while of placing your order. If you do not receive them, please check you're account on our site and look for the download button next to the image of the design.

PLEASE NOTE:
These are only machine embroidery files, they are not patches. The files come in zipped format. After downloading you need to unzip it on your computer.

TERMS OF USE:
You can:
- Use these products for personal purposes.
- Commercial Use, I ask only to put a link back to https://stitching-blues.com/ on your item or blog.

You May NOT:
- Share, loan, trade, resell or distribute these designs.
- Upload these products to any file sharing website for any purpose.
- Change or modify these products and claim them as your own designs.
- Create products for mass production or large commercial use (unless you contact me first).
